Theme: Finance for HR Executive
For HR , it is promotion rates and productivity index whereas for Finance it is Correlation between benefit participation & business results. So, the knowledge sharing session was quite successful in giving a different prospective on how bottom line results drive/influence HR activities.
A big thank you for all the participants and the key speaker for this session was Mr. Madhu Paudel, Deputy General Manager of Synergy Corporation Nepal and General Secretary of HR Society Nepal. This seminar was to enlighten about the need, contribution of the knowledge of finance for the HR Executives. The program was mainly focused on how, finance helps on decision making from HR aspects including HR budgeting with the help of financial analytics and other financial tools.
