Session 1: Workshop on Target Setting

The first session, led by Mr. Dipesh Man Shrestha, Head of HR at Ncell, and Mr. Anil Puri, Head of HR at Dabur Nepal, focused on the essential skill of setting clear, measurable, and actionable goals. Participants learned how to use frameworks such as SMART goals to craft objectives that drive success. The session also included practical exercises, enabling attendees to immediately apply these techniques to their personal and professional lives.

Session 2: Performance Management System (PMS)

The second session provided a deep dive into the world of Performance Management Systems (PMS). Under the guidance of Mr. Dipesh Man Shrestha and Mr. Anil Puri, participants explored how to set effective performance metrics, align individual goals with organizational objectives, and optimize productivity. The session was designed to equip HR professionals with actionable insights and strategies that can be directly implemented in their workplaces to drive both individual and organizational success.
