Mr. Tekraj Sharma is the President of the Human Resources Society Nepal (HRSN), where he’s been working to strengthen Nepal’s HR community through training, mentorship, and industry collaboration. With years of experience in HR, he’s passionate about developing people and helping businesses build strong, effective teams. Alongside his role at HRSN, he also serves as the Senior General Manager at KL Dugar Group, where he brings strategic leadership to HR management.
Mohan Thapa
Vice President- HR Society Nepal
Mr. Mohan Thapa is the Vice President of the Human Resources Society Nepal (HRSN), where he contributes to shaping HR practices and advancing the HR community in Nepal. With over 15 years of experience in human resources, he currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at MAW Earthmovers Pvt. Ltd. His expertise spans HR strategy, leadership development, and data-driven decision-making. Mohan’s passion for HR is evident in his work, as he actively mentors and shares his knowledge to help organizations and professionals grow.
Damayanthi Joshi
Vice President- HR Society Nepal
Mrs. Damayanthi Joshi is the Vice President of the Human Resources Society Nepal (HRSN) and brings over 11 years of experience in banking and HR. She currently serves as the Branch Manager at Nepal SBI Bank, Kalanki branch, and has previously led HR at the bank. Her passion for HR and her leadership in both the banking sector and HRSN make her a valuable contributor to the professional community.
Chudamani Parajuli

Mr. Chudamani Parajuli is the Vice President of the Human Resources Society Nepal (HRSN) and works as the Senior Manager at Soaltee Hotel Limited. With a strong background in administration and public relations, he is passionate about improving HR practices and contributing to professional growth in Nepal.

General Secretary- HR Society Nepal
Mr. Subash Shrestha is the General Secretary of the Human Resources Society Nepal (HRSN) and works as the Senior Manager of People Operations at Room to Read Nepal. With a background in HR, he’s passionate about improving education and gender equality.He has also worked at Good Neighbors International Nepal, bringing his expertise to the nonprofit sector and the HR community.

Mr. Lekhnath Poudel, Secretary of HRSN, leads HR at Shangri-la Development Bank. With a passion for fair and transparent HR practices, he’s been shaping policies and fostering growth in the banking sector while actively contributing to Nepal’s HR community.
Roopesh Shrestha

Mr. Roopesh Shrestha is an Executive Member of HRSN and the Multi-Property Director of Learning and Development at Marriott Hotels in Kathmandu. With a strong background in training and people management, he has also worked at The Soaltee Kathmandu, shaping HR practices in Nepal’s hospitality industry. He is passionate about developing talent and contributing to the HR community.

Mr. Anil Jaiswal is an HR professional with 12 years of experience and an Executive Member of HRSN. He’s associated with Quest Pharmacy and is passionate about social causes, volunteering at Rotary International, and using his leadership skills to give back to the community.

With over 28 years of mentoring and leadership experience, he’s dedicated to helping professionals grow while keeping a big-picture perspective on business and HR.

Ms, Kriti Pradhan is an Executive Committee Member of HRSN and Head of Communications at Arogya World, an organization focused on health education. She’s passionate about both HR and public health, actively contributing to community well-being. She recently participated in HRSN’s Strategic Meet, collaborating with members to advance HR practices in Nepal.
Dipesh Man Shrestha

Mr. Dipesh Man Shrestha is the HR Director at Gorkha Brewery Pvt. Ltd. and an Executive Member of HRSN. With over 20 years of experience, he has led HR transformations at Ncell, Surya Nepal, and Siddhartha Bank. He specializes in HR strategy, business partnering, and corporate HR setups. He holds an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.

Sarita Acharya

Ms. Sarita Acharya is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at IMS Software Pvt. Ltd. and an Executive Member of HRSN. She has extensive experience in HR leadership, previously working with Everest Parenterals Pvt. Ltd. and Sagar Group. Additionally, she contributes to academia as a Faculty Lecturer at Greenfield National College. Sarita holds an MBA in HR from Purbanchal University and a law degree from Nepal Law Campus.
