OKR stands for “Objectives and Key Results.” It is a collaborative goal-setting methodology used by team and individuals to set business goals for win-win situations with clearly measurable results. OKR is a dynamic performance evaluation system for tracking progress, creating alignment, and encouraging engagement around measurable goals.
